Charles J. Rowland

Charles Rowland has responsibility for all Fiserv IPS-Sendero operations outside of the U.S.
and Canada, which includes offices in 11 countries and clients in 57 countries. In his 19
years with Fiserv IPS-Sendero he has consulted with banks, savings institutions and credit
unions, conducted his own profitability and risk management seminars and spoken at numerous
industry meetings and conventions in nearly 40 countries.
Prior to joining Fiserv IPS-Sendero, Rowland created and managed the asset/liability management
department and process for a Fortune 100 U.S. company. Rowland, a CPA, was extensively involved
in auditing, market research, sales, and management consulting. He also managed corporate
financial forecasting and merger/acquisition analysis.
He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and business from the University of Kentucky
and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Clement Ooi
Vice President and Managing Director of ASPAC Operations

Clement Ooi joined Fiserv IPS-Sendero in 1996. He oversees business strategies, business
development, and operations across ASPAC. He obtained his Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, a Master of Business Administration
degree from Northwest Missouri State University; a professional designation
in accounting, and professional designation in international trade.
Suresh Sankaran
Vice President and Director, Strategic Consulting Services

Suresh Sankaran joined Fiserv IPS-Sendero as principal advisor in 1998. Now he serves as
a vice president and director of strategic consulting services. In this capacity, Sankaran
heads, develops and provides enterprise risk management (ERM) and Basel II advisory consulting
services to IPS-Sendero KRM clients worldwide.
Before joining Fiserv IPS-Sendero Sankaran was the Regional Management Information Co-ordinator
of the Middle Eastern Region in Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation. He was responsible
for the ALCO and profitability processes in the region, involving the analysis
of interest rate and liquidity profiles inherent in the various branches in the region. He
authored a transfer pricing policy, which was adopted as a group standard worldwide.
He has authored several papers on liquidity management and alternative methods of liquidity
measurement.
Sankaran is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s
degree in mathematics and commerce.
